I firmly believe that pretty much every lock on weapon (except the titan weapons) need a buff. The zeus, scourge, aphids, vortex, thermite, calamity, spark all are underpowered. The damage isn't terrible but locking on takes so long these days. The lock on use to be a bonus because you could fire easily at fast moving enemies, but now it just takes longer to fire at an enemy. And when enemies are teleporting and using stealth all the time. Sometimes it can feel impossible to actually get shots off. BUT this video is one way to make the vortex for real deadly! 1 hit kills and ALOT of damage!
