In this video, I discuss the issue I see with people not interacting with the Crucible Mechanic and the extremely broken items that can come from them. I personally have made some of the best uniques in the game across multiple different weapon classes and shields, but I don't see the same testing or inventiveness from others. I hope this changes as I would guess we are likely seeing the strongest items the game will have for many many years to come.

Also, plugging this 4 node crucible weapon into my Vaal Ground Slam Standard character puts it at 140 Million DMG per Hit, which hits roughly x2 per second. Pretty good.

The Trigger Rate is bugged/broken, so I put 50% less Attack Speed to compensate. Also, you may need to add a 0 to melee range to enable Slayer ascendancy for full damage.
