In this video, I discuss how strong maximum cluster jewels are and the increased economic viability of them with recent changes to easily acquiring ilvl 84 bases and the newly added fracturing orb.

Per my math, a full 33 node large, medium, and small cluster jewel setup is the best if not extremely competitive with any other passive tree pathing you could be doing. While it is expensive, it is very doable without mirror levels of investment.
