*Looks like because I reset settings AC Shadows before the testing... the game decided to enable a frame target Dynamic Resolution to 60fps which is stupid, idk why these settings are enabled by default ? *

So that's why my FPS was lower than expected in Shadows!

But my drivers did need a fresh install because performance was lower than expected with Last of us Part 2 I thought after watching it back!
Clock Speed still drops from 2900mhz to 1900mhz at random moments which is odd, but it doesn't seem to be changing my FPS so lol
happens after a fresh install also but again performance feels normal so that's weird!

I didn't notice this before I put my 9070XT in using the 4090
Maybe MSI Afterburner or Nvidia drivers ??? lol

Anyway my performance looks to be more like how a 4090 should be performing now & drivers have not give me crashes since put the 4090 back in
