I made a fairly BIG mistake! Before you glue the 3rd ring of the body in place, you need to make sure your utility arms fit properly!! The problem is that the lower utility arm is held in place by a pin that goes up through the bottom of the center piece of the 3rd ring. Once that piece is glued to the ring below it, you will only have a small amount of access to where the pin goes in to secure the lower utility arm!

You should also install the data port and charge bay back panels into the second ring before gluing the 3rd ring on, although they can be installed after with a little work.
