Now they don't come apart when you pick them up! Larger scale prototype will be next ( as well as improvements in the printing.

To fix the warping I think I need to recalibrate the printing bed flatness and potentially the first layer, add glue -- the textured printing surface adheres way less than a smooth one -- as well as get less janky filament.

I've also found that putting a round on the way the trays stack and using a transition fit or very small clearance (1.1b) has less of a chance to rotate when you pick them up by an edge compared to a simple chamfer (1.1a). The problem is that they come apart easier when you move them horizontally. It remains to be seen on the larger prototypes.
