I got a cheap Dell Dimension L800r mini-tower that had Windows Me, and has a Pentium III at 800mhz, on an Intel i810 chipset. It doesn't even have onboard sound, let alone a gameport, so I added a fresh install of Win98SE, well-used 3Dfx Voodoo 3 3000 LS PCI card and a used Soundblaster PCI16. I also added a slot fan, positioned to pull air over the Voodoo card's heat-sink.
The Voodoo 3 3000 LS uses SGRAM (the "G" is for graphics) and it probably came from an arcade machine. SGRAM is faster than EDO RAM, and might be a little faster than SDRAM. I think this card is stock-clocked at 166mhz.
I apologize for the bad camera work, but it's hard to play and hold the camera at the same time.
The video ends abruptly when the camera's memory card became full, but I did win that race.
