3DMark Firestrike | GTX 970 FTW+ OC vs GTX 1060 FTW+ OC | Comparison
I've received a request to compare my new GTX 1060 FTW+ to my old GTX 970 FTW+ so here you you go. Both cards have been overclocked the max stable clock speed and both have been set to 100% fan speed. I would also like to mention that during this test the GTX 970 was pulling 250 watts whilst the GTX 1060 was only pulling 130 watts.

All of the footage was recorded with Nvidia Share at 1080p 60 FPS 130 MBps and then edited on Sony Vegas Pro 14. Finally the video was exported at 1440p 60 FPS 130,000,000 bit rate for the best youtube quality possible.
