This is useful if you're on firmware 9.5.0-23E with a patched browser because it lets you install an older version of it which again is vulnerable to exploits.

For example it allows you to use Spider3DSTools on emuNAND giving you the ability to cheat on games you have on your Gateway card in contrast to being limited to firmware 9.x system NAND.

However, this still doesn't prevent you from crashing when the SD Card is taken out since the entire system runs off the SD Card.

Note:
I named the file "Browser Timestamp" instead of "Timewarp" which doesn't fit together with the 3DS file system. That's because I made both video parts independently from each other. Don't get distracted by this.
