Being honest with you all I assumed I did this to improve my body and lose all that fat and gained with muscle and that is something I am still doing right now. I hope you all learn something from this video. When it comes to workouts you need a lot of energy or at least a decent amount especially if you planned to do a lot be open minded to new ideas in exercises and try new thing.
