In this episode: drama, betrayal, shitty gameplay controls, and chores!!!!! Who is this mystery man with the wild hair, and what the hell is his deal??? Is Merveille a double-crosser??? There are two other magic rocks that Kurvaz is after??? It seems like there's more to this kaiju situation than is being let on. Things are getting interesting....

After the prologue and the first two chapters, I didn't really know why I wanted to keep coming back to this game. It felt like a drag. It felt cringe. The dialogue kept sounding childish and repetitive, things could've been worded a lot better. Stuff was happening plot-wise, but I had very little sense of why it's important. I think there's just something in me that's really hoping this game will live up to the epicness of that opening animation. I hope it's right. I read in some reviews that this game's story is slow to get going. This third chapter seems promising, somewhat.

Though, it's been a while since we've seen Lares, the stone giant, and the Shades, those little balls of darkness that are allegedly supposed to be following us around. Where are those guys at??
