◆The Legacy shader mode is slow, and it's only a fix for the flashlight for me, you can use the default shader mode: Async (multi-threaded).

"Usually, the flashlight works by default, but if not remove your Shader cache, then set your shader mode to Legacy or Async with Shader interpreter, then after your flashlight will work you can try and switch to Async mode."
