40 Minute (active rest day) workout ⤵️

Pick a kettlebell weight that you can rock for a good 20 minutes. I was using 40lbs here.

A1 - 20 Minute Zone 2 run
A2 - 20 Minute Kettlebell EMOM

For the EMOM you're doing kettlebell snatches, 10 reps each minute, alternating sides after each minute.

So first minute: 10 snatches on the right.

Rest for the remainder of the minute.

Once minute 2 begins, 10 snatches on the left.

Rest for the remainder of the minute.

Once minute 3 begins, 10 snatches on the right.

And so on!

If you don't have a kettlebell, you can do this with a dumbbell too 🔥
