I configured the stream to look best on 1440p mostly because that's my native resolution, and downscaling to 1080p looks absolutely AWFUL no matter what I try. If anyone has any suggestions on how to make the stream look good on 1080p please let me know!

GPU: RX5700XT
CPU: i7 10700K
Internet Upload: 38mbps

Stream settings:
Streaming Service: RTMPS
Canvas Resolution: 2560x1440
Scaled Resolution: 2560x1440 (I use this one for downscaling)
Encoder: AMD HW H.265 (HEVC)
Audio Encoder: FFmpeg AAC
Sample Rate: 44.1 kHz
Audio Bitrate: 160 Kbps
Bitrate: 16000 (Was: 18900 Kbps, half of my internet upload rate)
Framerate: 60fps (Didn't try reducing it to 50fps, but I really shouldn't have to right?)
Rate Control: CBR (I'm not aware of any better options here)
Keyframe Interval: 2s
Preset: Balanced (because I don't like the crosshair blur during faster movements)
Renderer: D3D11
Colour Format: NV12 (8-bit, 4:2:0, 2 planes)
Colour Space: Rec. 709
Colour Range: Limited
Stream Delay: Enabled (1s)
Stream Latency: Low (Haven't tested this setting yet)
