A short comparison of Control that compares RTX DLSS to the In-Engine Scaling as well as to native 4K resolution. RTX effects are activated in all scenes except for DLSS of course. They are also maxed out as well as the rest of the graphics options. DLSS is set to 1440p render resolution. Internal scaling scenes are also set to 1440p resolution. So which technology does the better job? Compared directly DLSS scenes appear a little bit sharper but also show some artifacts on details like leafs. In terms of performance both the internal scaling and DLSS manage to boost fps by the same amount.
