4K Recording test with my RTX 3060 Ti + Playtesting my mod + Giving Shinjiro a chance to get revenge

If you see this before Youtube finished processing the video, well, that's a bummer.
Here's me recording in 4k with my RTX 3060 Ti at 4 AM. I don't have any 4k monitor so I used Nvidia's DSR. I really like how it looks in game and I was hoping the recording would be good, well I am not disappointed but it might just be because my TV is 1080p.
For anyone having a real 4K monitor/tv out there, tell me if the video is indeed 4k or just overkill 1080p, thx. (Normally it should be, the game's resolution is set to 3840x2160 as well as the resolution of the recording so everything should be fine right ?)
Also the game doesn't usually struggle that much, maybe it's because of the recording ? Eh, that'd suck since I was potentially planning to use DSR for that but fuck it ig. (haven't tested 1440p but I assume it'd be flawless or near)
Oh yeah I played like ass bc I just didn't feel like respecting Takaya (even if I love him, kinda)
