Keep in mind that RTX 2080 TI video card will show the same fps as Titan RTX and it makes better sense to buy RTX 2080 TI video if you are looking 4K resolution as maximum and this low budget rig that priced at $450( Xeon E5-2697v2 + Gigabyte x79 UD3 v1.1 + 32 GB of DDR3 + Corsair 850 watt Gold 80+, Corsair case).
