2INSIDE totally destroys the 4th wall. Today we'll see INSIDE's secret ending. After getting all the achievements in INSIDE you can see the secret ending, which is really quite interesting actually. Remember back in the cornfield, there was that trap door randomly placed? Well if you go in there after deactivating all the generators throughout the rest of the game, there's a little switch that can be moved in 3 directions, generating different noises. Generator 5 has a radio near it that gives you the code for INSIDE's secret door. I missed it though. Opening the door successfully brings you to a room with a bunch of monitors, a mind control helmet attached to many wires and a giant cord plugged in on the right. Upon unplugging the giant cord, the strange mind control helmet is deactivated and the boy is left a mindless zombie in INSIDE. This is why INSIDE destroys the 4th wall. The mind control helmet is hooked up to a bunch of cords and is controlling the kid. I have been controlling the kid the entire time! And this is the secret ending for INSIDE. The kid is just a mindless zombie like all the others. Except he still has color. Red still means something...

Hunted and alone, a boy finds himself drawn into the center of a dark project.
A boy slides down a rocky incline. While running through a forest, he encounters masked guards with flashlights, as well as vehicles with mounted spotlights. He escapes the guards, then crosses a road where a block has been set up with more vehicles and guards, to a farm where parasitic worms cause pigs to run rampant. The boy uses the farm animals and equipment to escape to a seemingly-abandoned city where lines of zombie-like people are moved through mind control. Beyond the city is a large factory of flooded rooms, a shock wave atrium, and a laboratory environment where scientists perform underwater experiments on bodies.
While traversing these areas, the boy uses a mind-control helmet to control lifeless grey bodies. The boy eventually comes across an underwater siren-like creature that attaches a device to him, allowing him to breathe underwater.
Continuing through the office and laboratories, the boy sees scientists observing a large spherical chamber. The boy enters the chamber and discovers a large blob-like creature, the Huddle, made of humanoid limbs connected to four control rods. After disconnecting the rods, the boy is pulled into the Huddle.
The Huddle escapes confinement, crashing through offices, killing some of the scientists in its path. The scientists trap the Huddle in another tank, but the Huddle escapes again and breaks through a wooden wall. It rolls down a forest hill and comes to a stop at a grassy coastline bathed in light.
