Hello friends, this is DragoNate and welcome to Getting Over It with Bennett Foddy. Getting Over It with Bennet Foddy crashed my computer. I was not happy. I was very angry. In fact, you could say I 'raged' because of it. I played the game for 30 minutes until a point when my graphics card randomly froze and crashed my computer. I lost all recordings because it, so sadly, you guys don't get to see the actually first episode of this. Getting Over It with Bennett Foddy is a rage inducing game, or at least it is intended to be. However, for me, the game isn't too bad. I didn't rage at the game, even when I fell from the slide part all the way to the bottom. I quite enjoy playing Getting Over It with Bennett Foddy. The controls are weird, hard to get used to and junk, and Diogenes the character never wants to put his hammer where I want him to put it. I did make it pretty far, surprsingly, but I still fell back down and had to restart. Bennett also felt the need to try comforting me for falling, even though I literally hadn't gone anywhere... The trick to beating Getting Over It with bennett Foddy is to stay calm.

Getting Over It with Bennett Foddy is a punishing climbing game, a homage to Jazzuo's 2002 B-Game classic 'Sexy Hiking'. You move the hammer with the mouse, and that's all there is. With practice, you'll be able to jump, swing, climb and fly. Great mysteries and a wonderful reward await the master hikers who reach the top of the mountain.
To quote Jazzuo himself: "The hiking action is very similar to way you would do it in real life, remember that and you will do well".
Climb up an enormous mountain with nothing but a hammer and a pot.
Listen as I make philosophical observations about the problem at hand.
Between 2 and ∞ hours of agonizing gameplay, depending. The median time to finish for my playtesters was 5 hours, but the mean was closer to ∞.
Lose all your progress, over and over.
Feel new types of frustration you didn't know you were capable of.
Magical reward awaits hikers who reach the top.
