Up until now the all wizard party had been unstoppable. However... The Balor has spell resistance. Lots and lots of Spell Resistance.
Also it has slay living, greater dispel magic, enchantment spells, fear effects, and tons of fire. Not to mention enough immunities and resistances to laugh off almost anything I could throw at it.
