This is a 3hr+ Time lapse of my Mobile Drilling Rig from my "Hardcore Automation Nation Survival Series"... Specifically designed to dig 5 large holes to start my Main Underground Base... The resources it produces are just an added bonus and can be used to build your 'Bunker'...
I have several v2.0 Minefield Drones around the drill for meteor protection etc. as well as 5 Cargo Drones Ferrying Ingots and Resources back to my 'temporary base' as each Drill has 2 Basic Refineries and Complete Flight Capabilities as of its new Update (Replaced old BP)....

Drones Activate Times
2 Minefield Drones: Immediate Trigger (Deploy Mines then Return & remain at Base)
5 Cargo Drones: Activate every 15 Minutes (to Dock to Drills then Return, 19 Min round Trip)
4 Enemy Grids: Revealed every 30 Minutes (by dropping a wall, connected via hinge, blocking its sight to the drills)

🍫Notes...
This was really fun to build and to trigger the Explosions over and over again before actually recording this to be edited and released...
I noticed the Bottom (screen) Cargo Drone Exploded while editing and I think, because it is so far away, its trigger timer of every 15 minutes was so different to the rest of the Cargo Drones that it may have hit 1 of them and damaged its bottom Connector (thusly disabling its connection to the drill?)

Mega Base on Pertam & asteroid, relays, space stations, build my Rhino Explorer Ship, Drone Printers, Defences, Missiles
Share as many designs, tutorials, learning experiences, Game Mechanics/Limitations and My S.E. Secrets with my viewers.

I Currently have 1080+ Hours of in-game Space Engineers play, weather if I'm building and testing my designs or actually playing a survival game, in saying that I play/record when I can, around work (Chef) and my 2 y/o Son. :)
