1. The Migration mechanic allows for easy, fast growth, especially when combined with the Land for Opportunity Edict and a few migration treaties.
2. Distributing Luxury Goods through the decisions menu allows for higher planet-wide happiness, which leads to higher stability and production.
3. Declaring Martial Law on fortress worlds allows for a significant increase in Naval Capacity.
4. Resettling unemployed pops to colonies and other small planets will increase their productivity very quickly.
5. Stay under the Administration Capacity will avoid as much as possible will give you a large late-game advantage.
