1. The form Vassal button has been moved to the sector menu, which can be access by pressing f4.
2. New Civics like the Aristocratic Elite and Byzantine Bureaucracy are very powerful, can be adopted and abandoned after the start of the game (unlike life-seeded) but cannot be used with each other.
3. The base job production for food is 12, while the base job production for energy and minerals is 8, and food is extremely useful for pop growth in the early game.
4. High Stability adds a crazy amount of production to your planets.
5. Galactic Contender makes it a lot easier to rush fallen empires and to defend against awakened ones.
