5 Year Old Twins Attempt The Inside Out From Sia Chandelier Video

This move (better shown by older girls in my last week and 1/2 ago video than by 5 year old twins, and even better shown by Maddie Ziegler of Dance Moms in the Sia Chandelier video) someone told me is actually a gymnastics move called an Inside Out trick, however, as we saw with Maddie it is used in modern/ lyrical dance sometimes. It's really technically a gym move.
I had to ask the public because we never saw it in gymnastics before, like at the twins' gym or me when I was a kid, but it was cool. We simply called it the Chandelier, quite frankly because we didn't know, but thanks for the head's up :). I wanted to know.
Watch the Chandelier by Sia video if you really want to do this move perfectly. My little ones, this was their 1st time ever trying it, so if you wish to attempt it, you may be able to see what you really want to do with this move and you may not.
Allie did pretty good at it, and Annie did try, but it was a tad confusing. I should have shown them 1st, but I just kind of described it, and then I flopped Allie over to get the gist, lol. You'll see. But not bad for 5 year olds who had no idea what they were really doing.
I wish I saw this move when I was younger, and I would have love to try it, ha ha. I could probably still do a backbend or two, but I think I'd be hurting too much, so I will leave this one to the young.
Have fun & I'm going to see if there are other unique gymnastic tricks that we can find and my girls could try. Something that is doable though, lol. If you want to shout out some tricks we could try, let me know. Nothing too hard though, or it may be impossible yet, but soon enough.. we will get there :). Many videos to come. I can't post all I keep taking, YIKES! Whelp, that will be good in the future I guess.
