The time has come. Herrscher Elysia now finally uses the signets of her ~beloved one~ cold teammate, Kevin.

And the signets of Deliverance sure did end up living to their name. Now she destroys. Perhaps not as hard as before in this unfavorable weather for her. Yet, that doesn't mean much as she nonetheless keeps destroying regardless of what's put on the way of her domination as the original queen of ER.

However, note that Kevin1 requires you to not delay any of your actions at all. Otherwise, you'll fail to squeeze the last Weapon Active before ending her Ult early into the last remaining duration of Kevin1.

Other than that, HoE's gameplay in ER for the Ultimate build is fairly simple really. Every floor you'll start with a straight Evade into Active, then use 2 Chargeds and another Active right into Ultimate. Once in Ultimate, use Evade into Active followed by Charged ATK and another Active, then end Ult right away and repeat the whole sequence. If you do this all without delays, this whole sequence will fit into Kevin's 7s of Crusade buff.

12% TDM Emblem used. All Double Floors cleared. S2 Rank 1475 Atk (+106 from Affixes) DoEgo & Pristine HoH. HoH's downscalability is amazing, as she can still perform well even on poverty gears like CoC and Scott TM Rasp B. However, for this current weather, it's recommended to put something better due to the rather noticeable nerf to HoH's strength.

Boss to be picked: Huodou, then Elysia, Vill-V, Mobius or Aponia
Note: Literally pick whoever you want to booli the most~

Supports Picked: AE & BR
Note: HoE honestly doesn't need anyone else. BR has the benefit of simply granting you way better chances at clearing through the early floors and even the remainder of the run as easily as possible.

Remembrance Sigils: Burden & The Lonely Moon
Note: TLM will give you a massive help in getting the F4 Double bonus cleared and will also provide an instant +2 to any Griseo signets you encounter in shop and will also be your staple support skill for the entirety of the run!

Load Buffs: Shield-broken +20% TDM, Support Valkyrie diff from Deployed Valk +8% Phys/Elem DMG, Wep Active +5% TDT, Max SP +30.

Ego Signets: This build is best taken with 3 Ego signets, basically, double reroll is its most ideal start. Bloom + Journey is the startup while Awakening is the 3rd Ego signet taken by F2. Journey is simply 10x times better and far stronger.

Priority of order of cores below. Note that the order will change based on your RNG portal luck. Also order of mentioned signets is their priority.

[Ideal Order from F1-F7: Double Ego Start (Bloom + Journey) into Awakening at F2, grab Kevin's TDM by F3, finish Kevin 1st Core by F4 Double, grab Kevin's Crusade by F5 and go shop F6, buy Griseo's Red Paint and 1 of Vill-V's signets, then upgrade Crusade to +2 or +3. Then take V-V or Griseo door by F6 and finish V-V 2nd Core by F7 Double.]

1- Kevin: TDM, Elem DMG, Elem Breach, 1st Core, Crusade, Flock (filler)
Note: Crusade is *highest priority* to +3 ASAP. Flock can be taken as filler; everything else isn't needed.

2- Vill-V: Spider Web, Pendulum, Conflict, Spoon (Optional), 2nd Core, Drama, Puppetry (Filler)
Note: Although Puppetry will give excess breach, it's still recommended due to extending the Time Fracture to abuse Drama's additional TDT. Thus, in this case, Drama is the highest priority to +3 and Puppetry is ignored.

3- Griseo: Red, Yellow, Black, Blue, Grey (Optional) 2nd Core, Petals in the Wind, Fallen Leaves (Filler)
Note: Red is the absolute highest priority to +3. Yellow +3 is also good, you can keep refreshing it through ending Ult early. If you can use 3* Remembrance Sigil Abuse to get Petals and Fallen starting at +2, you're in for a pretty good time.

4- Pardofelis: TDM, Phys/Elem DMG, Max HP/SP, 1st Core
Note: Getting its Max HP/SP signet is good for Kalpas synergy.

5- Kalpas: TDM, Phys/Elem DMG, TDM Taken on HP Loss, Max HP%, 2nd Core (Not necessary)

6- Sakura: TDM Taken, TDM, SP on UE, *1st or 2nd Core (Optional)
Note: It is not necessary to finish Sakura's Cores, but if you do, the choice between both Cores doesn't matter. 2nd Core can provide a bit of DMG.
