12A new POI (custom new prefab) for 7 Days to Die alpha 18.4 game. A quick showcase. It may take several hours to loot and explore every single room thought. Spent more than 500 hours to build this base (skyscraper) for myself and for other players to enjoy. 35 floors, max height. Ground floor with bunker was planned (under the garage) but was cancelled because of the height restrictions.
