FULL SCRIPT:
Today we are going to be talking about tips and tricks that can help
everyone out.
I am going to go over as much as i can and everything will be listed
in the description that i go over in this video. Also this is as of 1.4.2,
so stuff can change and not work if you are playing on a later version.
I have grown a lot since i have made videos about some of these, so this will be new to a lot of you guys.
Here we go(In no order what so ever):
1.) If you own a fief and you want your companion or family member back from the other side of the map, you can set them as a governor and they will teleport to your fief and be located in the keep.
Then you can add them or talk to them or whatever you needed to do with them.
2.) Also if you own a fief, you can level up bandits without the leadership
perk called "Disciplinarian" All you have to do is put ready to upgrade
bandit troop into your garrison and then wait until you receive income again
and the bandit should be upgraded.
3.) Smithing is broken at the moment. Make sure to go to a smithy every in
game day and first refine hardwood since u need 2 hardwood for 1 charcoal
and charcoal is required to smelt and forge weapons. You can smelt an weapon you find, always smelt the least expensive weapons since any weapon can give you any schematic that can then be used to forge very expensive weapons like harpoons and javelins.
Once you get all the schematics for a good javelin or harpoon, you will
never have to worry about money again.
4.) Now that you have javelins and harpoons, how do you sell them if all
towns have barely enough denars. Simple, go to lords and rulers and sell
them your forged weapons or use them in barter. Most weapons and items
can be sold to lords for about 35% of the original town cost.
5.) Mules and stumper horses provide you with the most inventory space with +100 capacity and the best place to get them is in the Khuzait and Aserai regions, usually 50% the price of the other regions.
6.) You can stack arrows on your character and go into battles with 100+
arrows, all you have to do is equip the bow in one weapon slot and 3
quivers in the rest. When it comes to sieges, this is great because you can
snipe a significant amount of archers on the enemy walls and reduce your
casualties by a lot.
7.) Always have parties roaming the map for you. Get companions as soon as possible and send them out with just themselves. They will get their units up very quick, they will fight and sell prisoners and send you excess
profits. Also they will go from town and villages and give you +reputation
with locals and nobles.
