9I got you ha ha fooled ya, you thought I was going to zig but Imma Zaging. Frfr though people just do not quite understand money do they or what this product actully is they are creating some magical dreamworld in their head that prices will magically fall to reasonable prices just because we wish it so! The current rate of inflation and cost of silicon is at an all time high this price for what they will be giving gamers is the correct price. The problem is that it isn't a product that people want why would they pay 700$+ on a product that can only do one thing which is play PlayStation 5 games when I can buy a phone that costs more but can do way more. Or buy a handheld pc console like the steam deck may not have the same graphic fidelity but has way more options as a device. More pretty graphics will not sell more pretty units even if the price is right, the lack of games and ability to release new games in a fast manner is destroying the gaming industry and games that do release after these long development times are either bland corporate mess or not what the player wants anymore. Games like black myth wukong and stellar blade are the only games that could ship ps5 units but their performance on the base ps5 just doesn't cut it when you compare it to the pc port or a potential pc port. End of the day you are spending 200$ more on this ps5 to get a better gpu you are going up the gpu stack from a 4060 to a 4070 and for all other pc gamers they are willing to make that compromise but because this is a console people are getting weird about it!
