A pretty standard roguelike but MAN, that perspective is fun. There should be a lot more done with it, too! Make it so that you can only attack enemies from the front and diagonals, but make it the same for enemies, and figure out a good way to show enemy direction as well. Throw in some ranged weapons and ranged enemies and sneak attacks and you have a really cool gameplay expansion from the classic roguelikes. I also like that you're going up a tower, and while the edges remind you of that plenty, the game should do a bit more to reflect going up instead of down.
Well, no matter, this was quite enjoyable. Looks like there's plenty to play, and plenty to expand upon. Excellent for a 7DRL, indeed!
