(Note that this guide does not work at all for Hibernia and won't get you the necessary woodworking (1100) for either Midgard or Hibernia. Hib AC only gives you +metalworking if making Scale, which is a pain in the ass.

This works for every realm (guaranteed) though it is slightly more expensive:

Step 1. Take Tailoring to 400.
Step 2. Take Woodworking to 300.
Step 3. Take Metalworking to 400.
Step 4. Level Fletching to 500 (only make arrows; as soon as you can make bodkin - metal - arrows, do so)
Step 5. Take Weaponcrafting to 300.

You can do this cheaper on each realm by doing something specific to that realm, but this will work on all 3 realms, is still really cheap, and still really fast.
