The anticipated NieR remaster has arrived, really loved Automata so of course I will play this too. I did watch some clips of the original game and watched a friend stream it though I did not see these completely, now I can experience the game by my own terms.

Nier and Yonah try to survive the snow, however Yonah has a sickness, living in complete poverty in a post apocalyptic world. They get attacked by Shades, however Nier manages to fend them off, by touching one of the books he gains a new power, enough to kill the shades.
1412 years later, NieR needs to visit Popola, she lends him money to buy mutton AND medicine for Yonah.
