Taking a week off from streaming after my first NMH III playthrough gave me time to not only plan another lightgun game stream, but also try out some new lighting tech in OBS to add a bit more atmosphere to these retro streams. The games themselves were fun enough to go through, and as they were light gun games each individual playthrough was short enough. Ninja Assault admittedly is the weaker of the two games, with some design ideas I can't really say are especially good in comparison to its contemporaries. Vampire Night, on the other hand, surprisingly fun as a House of the Dead game reskinned with vampires, because it is literally that. Sega being the main developer of that game was the biggest surprise, and ensured I would get the most enjoyment out of it. After all, if it's a 3D arcade game, always bet on Sega. Full stop.
