We got gorgeous pixel art metroidvania today! 9 Years of Shadows is our indie game of the day! 9 Years of Shadows was a fun metroidvania I found sometime ago when I talked about one of the Steam Next Fests late last year. I liked the health system and I loved the art style/graphics, but that was all I noticed. After playing this metroidvania in full I feel about the same, but I also love the music too! While I do wish the armor sets you get were used more in different ways, 9YoS was great. I recommend this indie game! Remember people, play indie games!
