90s Style Turn-based RPG in a Nutshell
I've been playing games since the 90s when I was a kid. From Family Computer (NES)'s Mario 1 and 3, Rockman 3, Road Fighters, Ninja Turtles, Contra 1, Super Contra, then later, Xbox (dino crisis), gamecube (resident evil zero), ps1 (legend of legaia, gran turismo, syphon filter 1 and 2, resident evil 1-3), ps2 and pc (nfs most wanted and carbon, wwe smackdown vs raw), pc (megaman x4-x8), but one of the memories I was fond of is the fact that RPGs then were mostly turn-based like playing chess or any board game. Legend of Legaia is my most favorite turn-based rpg of all time, and yesterday while I was playing Bleach and doing my dailies (this mini game is part of my dailies), I couldn't help but correlate how the gameplay of this Exploration mode is like an old school turn-based RPG: you attack first, enemy hits you back and so on. The only thing missing is that you can't dodge attacks. Lol
I just made this video for fun and for that memory I remewbered. I hope you guys like it.
Let's talk! How far have you gone on this minigame? Answer in the comments! 😁
