Shadowlands 9.1: Best Healers - Once again the difference between high HPS and Throughput is overshadowed by the ability to have very powerful cooldowns, Damage Reduction ones in particular.
This has lowered the value of some 9.1 Healer Specs in the fight for "WoW's 9.1 Best Raid Healer", namely Restoration Druid, Mistweaver Monk and Holy Priest.

Why does this happen? Why is "just healing a lot" not enough to be good anymore?
