92. The Division 2 PS5 / Dark Zone West 4/23/2025 TDI Kard Custom Handgun got it
1Well I am back on my main character. Leveling several alts finally paid off and my expertise level is now at the max of 28. The Eagle Bearer and St. Elmo's assault rifles are now at 28 but sadly my secondary weapon the Vector 9mm SMG is still at level 23 because I ran out of Exotic Components. I will probably have to level other characters again as I will definitely need the SHD Calibrations in the future. Anyway it is handgun day again in the DZ West so I went there and I finally scored this rare Handgun. The TDI Kard Custom is the only weapon that has the +1 Skill attached to it. Sadly the handgun must be drawn out in order for the skill to take effect. I might just farm for + Skill armor just for fun and test things out with the assault skills. Good day indeed.
