Unlike Sarah who was present in DOA5 vanilla, Jacky was added later on. I’m glad he eventually got added too, considering he was always one of the most iconic, beginner-friendly characters of the entire series. Like his sister, Jacky hits like a truck in this game. He’s a ton of fun to play as with those extensive combos (not to mention all the variations they can ultimately lead to), and just like his sister he can keep so much pressure on his opponents that they barely know how to handle him. On the whole, a damn fun character to play as, and a great inclusion. He is easily one of Virtua Fighter’s most iconic characters, and so the fact that he eventually got included was a great idea in my book.
