This is a bit more like it. I suppose you could argue that Tina or Helena was somewhat inspired by Sarah design-wise, but certainly not in terms of actual gameplay. Sarah, along with her brother Jacky, have been staples of VF since the very first game, and definitely two of its most iconic characters.
Sarah here is a bit of a spam queen, and goddamn does it make it fun to play as her. She can just absolutely wail on the competition, and has so many variants on her combos that I almost feel bad for the AI, given that there’s just so many ways for her to break down their defences. In general, she mainly relies on combos as opposed to regular tries, and so she becomes an absolute beast here, just tearing into opponent after opponent with combos which flow well into one another and hit extremely hard too.
There really isn’t much else to say about Sarah other than that. She’s a great character. This is a great guest appearance. Simple as that, really.
