A Conversation With Bing Chat (GPT-4) About Programming Languages, History and Paradigms.
In this video, I have a conversation with Bing Chat (GPT-4) about programming languages, history and paradigms. I then ask a couple of followup questions based on the responses I get.
Here are the list of questions that I originally asked.
1. Produce a bullet list of the 10 most popular programming languages based on usage.
2. [Optional Question - If it produces multiple lists] Based on the information what would an aggregate top ten look like?
3. Which of the languages on the list can you produce sample code for?
4. Considering programming languages not on the list what is the oldest you can produce sample code for?
5. Are there any from before 1957 that you know about but can't program in?
6. How can I learn about Plankalkül?
7. Can you show me an example of some code from Plankalkül?
8. Pick a simple programming problem and display it in pseudocode.
9. Can you create a bulleted list of all of the major programming paradigms?
10. Pick a one programming language, at random, for each of those paradigms and produce a bulleted list of that.
11. Using the pseudocode that you generated earlier, give me sample code in each of the languages that you picked.
