why this was not brought back/cut in TPP i do not know...

GUIDE
1. start any mission in GZ
2.complete the selected mission fully (does not need to be in one go. but that is the most reliable / recommended)
3. your character should now smoke in the menu. doing this also carries the mission's weather into the menu
-they will not smoke if you start and quit a mission. but the weather carries over
-character's smoking does not carry over when the game is quit then restarted
-blood also carries over into the menu. this however was brought back in TPP. further clarifying my point about the smoking anim

also. i know you can smoke ingame with Phantom Pain. but you cannot do it in the menu (aka ACC)
