A Demonstration of BallisticNG's PSX Shaders
Basically there are "wobbly" or "jiggling" 3D models within the game. This is intentional actually, called vertex jitter.

BallisticNG has gone lengths to make itself the most accurate WipEout clone, as far as having a "wobbly" rendering effect that mimics the same retro graphics as the PSX. Just to clarify, the game is made in Unity 5. No joke.
