Your efforts to clean up Megacity from it's criminal element is starting to affect the higher echelons of the crime underworld, from disrupting the illicit weapons and cybernetics trade it's now time to start putting an end to the city's well embedded narcotics network for good, along with any corrupt officials that dare stand in your way.
Parts of the City and the Media will look down upon your actions as an enemy of the people and will condemn your Vigilantism but you know deep down megacity is better off without Cybernetic Gangsters and Dope Peddlers on the streets.
