This is my submission for @InrangeTv 's Remote Brutality Challenge. This challenge is to promote the upcoming High Desert Brutality coming up in August, as well as to encourage folk to go outside and touch some grass with some brass.
I ran three different firearms: a Jungle Carbine, a Retro AR10, and my DIY WWSD rifle. As well, I did four attempts. I wanted to do a second attempt for every rifle and post the best result of each, but the heat and some equipment issues only allowed me to do one redo total.
If you wish to partake in this challenge, instructions on how to do it will be posted below. While the high scorer will get bragging rights, a video entry does enter you a chance to win a free entry into High Desert Brutality. Just post a video of you doing this challenge on Instagram, Twitter, YouTuber, or Facebook, and make sure to tag InRangeTv. You have till July 17th to enter a submission.
Start Position: Rifle loaded on low ready and safe
Par Time: 60 Secs
Targets: 1 USPSA paper target at 50 yards
or
1 Full-Size steel silhouette at 50 yards
Shooting Positions: 2 Positions - 10 Yards Apart
Procedure:
At the sound of the buzzer, fire one shot standing, one shot kneeling, and one shot prone.
Then move to the second shooting position and fire one shot standing, one shot kneeling, and one shot prone.
Shooter will repeat this process until time expires.
