No one's made a video on Endgame C. Time to change that. I had a run of Chapter Ex2 as well, but I didn't find the quality to be sufficient. I won't be going back to record it for the time being, though.

Endgame C is a relatively easy chapter thanks to Blaise; he makes Layton's Black Flare an advantage rather than a siege tome to take into account. The main difficulty is the forced deployments and lack of preps; if you aren't ready, this chapter is a nightmare. This gets worse if you benched some of these units (in this case, I benched Maria for underperforming) or if units died e.g. - Cecil if you failed to subdue Mercer early on. Beyond that, the chapter's enemies are a lot more forgiving than those in Routes A or B, despite their strong weaponry. A lot of them won't ever come close to ko'ing Blaise, so you can fall back on him and Celia+Kelly.

Layton is by far the most annoying enemy in the game, and it isn't even a contest. Dirge threatens a ORKO on virtually every unit on your team (including Blaise), and he is very capable of taking you by surprise and picking off a unit. Furthermore, having a 29% chance of making you do 0 damage is just... inconvenient. Combined with his Ashera-esque mechanic of needing to be killed by Schwarze or Noir, he can be a huge pain and even outright softlock the game. At least the Black Weapon can be either outplayed or outright tanked (even with an Adept proc).
