Hello everyone! Here we are with more demos (or playtest?). This is Rotwood, a co-op dungeon crawler hack & slash roguelite from the creators of Don't Starve Together and that can be played in teams of 4 players. Gameplay-wise it reminded me a lot to Cult of The Lamb or Wizard With A Gun, but without the management or resource collection, just focusing in the dungeon crawler feature, where every dungeon works as a roguelite stage (upgrades, powers and purple stuff that will only work for the run) and by beating one you will unlock the next ones. So far, there is not a lot of meta-progression, but I unlocked a new weapon... and also bought some armour that I am not really sure if it was for the run only or forever.

Combat is pretty slow-paced, it feels kinda soulslike but without stamina system, but that is probably mostly because of the fact that you barely stagger enemies while attacking them, so even the smallest ones can just attack you back while you are smacking them.

Boss was a bit of a pain. Between the traps, him summoning more enemies and the collision, it became a pain of a fight.

With that being said, we unlocked the Spear, and will be going for a spear run next time.
