A Hat in Time is a game that features two related glitches.
First of all, if you stack an object that you can carry (or any movable object for that matter, I've done it with the roomba once) on top of another object that you can carry, as you carry the bottom object, if the top object interferes with an obstacle, it will stay against that obstacle until you move in such a way that said obstacle can be avoided. This means that if you stack two buckets of crabs on top of each other, as you carry the bottom bucket, the top bucket will likely run into some walls, but once those walls are clear, the bucket will just keep floating behind you, as if it's still on top of the bucket you are carrying.
This can lead to another glitch. If you displace the top bucket in a certain way so that it's level with the bottom bucket, you can stand on top of the top bucket, pick up the bottom bucket, and because of this, the top bucket will always try to move up with the bottom bucket, and since the bottom bucket is in your hands, it will always be above the top bucket, so in the buckets' fight for who's a top and who's a bottom, you will ascend to the stratosphere.
Needless to say, after such an experience, crabs are my guardian angels.
However, this does not mean that this is something kids should imitate with their computer chairs at home.
