A Hat in Time Modding Tutorial: Setting Up a Code Workspace
126~ minutes explaining how to set up a workspace that will make your workflow faster and better.
1) Install VSCode @ https://code.visualstudio.com/
2) Get the UnrealScript extension and downgrade to 0.4.4
3) Add these directories to your workspace:
* \Steam\steamapps\common\HatinTime\HatinTimeGame\Mods (local mod files)
* \Steam\steamapps\common\HatinTime\Development\Src (official and engine files)
* \Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\253230 (workshop files)
4) Go to files then click "Save Workspace As..." then save it somewhere safe (recommended to follow the save format I did in the vid)
5) Go to files then click "Open Workspace from File..." and open the file you saved.
6) Then start modding!
