After falling from Mako Reactor 5, Cloud awakens inside a flower patch that's growing inside a church. It is there that he reunites with the quirky flower girl from before, Aerith Gainsborough, who "hires" Cloud to be her bodyguard to protect her from Reno, a member of the Turks, an elite unit working for Shinra.
