A mixture of \( 20 \mathrm{mLCO}, \mathrm{CH}_{4} \) and \( \mathrm{N}_{2} \) was burnt in excess of \( \mathrm{O}_{2} \) resulting in reduction of \( 13 \mathrm{~mL} \) of volume. The residual gas was then treated with \( \mathrm{KOH} \) solution to show a contraction of \( 14 \mathrm{~mL} \) in volume. Calculate volume of \( \mathrm{CO} \), \( \mathrm{CH}_{4} \) and \( \mathrm{N}_{2} \) in mixture. Assume \( \mathrm{H}_{2} \mathrm{O} \) in liquid phase. All measurements are made at constant \( P \) and \( T \).
