I don't necessarily think these changes make her a high tier mid laner, but the changes to her first two abilities will make Baba Yaga functional to the point where you can fix her by tweaking her damage numbers, cooldowns, things like that since as it stands, she's simply not a viable character and possibly one of the worst designs they've released. The excessive amount of randomness in a team game that requires high coordination and communication is unacceptable.

- Increase healing from .8% max HP per tick to 1% (At max essence, if Baba Yaga has no stacking items, Creeping Cabin heals 25% of max HP instead of 20%)
Wild Witchcraft
- No longer silences enemies
- No longer slows enemies
